1. Data controller
The data controller is The King Multiservizi di Rocchini Emanuele, with registered seat in Terni (TR), Italia (VAT number 01715830558), reachable at [email protected] or +39 389 998 0062.
2. Data processed and purposes
We only process data you provide yourself or that is generated by browsing, for the purposes below:
- Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, requested service, service date, reference city and any details entered in the Contact page form. Used to reply to your quote or information request. The form can prepare a message for you to review and send on WhatsApp; when direct submission is enabled, the request is sent through Formspree and delivered to us (see section 4).
- Direct communications: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you share (contact details, trip details) to handle your request.
- Technical browsing data: like any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare Pages) processes technical connection data, including the IP address, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- Usage statistics: only if the Controller has enabled Google Analytics 4 and only if you accept the cookie banner, we collect statistics on how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source, device type) through pseudonymous identifiers (_ga cookies). Without consent, no Google script is loaded.
- Anti-spam check: when direct submission is enabled, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals to tell a human submission from an automated one.
We do not profile, do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, do not sell data and do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
3. Legal basis
- Contact form data and direct communications: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, that is replying to a quote request (GDPR art. 6.1.b); if the service is confirmed, performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (art. 6.1.c).
- Technical hosting data and anti-spam check: the Controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
- Google Analytics statistics: consent given through the cookie banner (GDPR art. 6.1.a and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Consent is optional, can be withdrawn at any time with the "Cookie preferences" button at the foot of every page, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Recipients and providers
Data is accessible to the Controller and to the providers that supply our technical services, acting as data processors or as independent controllers for the services they provide:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and anti-spam check (Turnstile) when direct submission is enabled.
- Formspree, Inc. — technical receipt and forwarding to us of requests sent through the form, when direct submission is enabled.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — usage statistics, only if enabled and with your consent.
- WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider and your phone operator — channels you choose to contact us: messages, emails and calls are also handled under the terms and privacy notices of those services.
Data may also be disclosed to advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Cloudflare, Formspree, Google, Meta) are based or have infrastructure in the United States. Transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers that participate in it) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission, with the safeguards required by GDPR arts. 44-49.
6. Data retention
Contact form data and direct communications are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months unless otherwise agreed with you. If the service is confirmed, contractual and tax records are kept for the periods set by law. Google Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the GA4 property, no longer than 14 months. Cookies last as stated in the Cookie Policy.
7. Providing your data
Name, email, phone, service and date are needed to reply to a quote request: without them we cannot follow it up. The other fields and consent to statistics cookies are optional, and rejecting cookies does not limit your use of the site or of the form.
8. Your rights
By writing to [email protected] you can exercise at any time the rights set out in GDPR arts. 15-22: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your own country.
9. Cookies
For details on the cookies and similar technologies the site uses, see our Cookie Policy.
